Proceed ERP Software Version Release [October 2026]

TTS SYSTEMS, INC. is proud to release a new version of Proceed Software. This is the core financial software that many agriculture companies use throughout the US and Canda because of its unique features specific to the seed processing industry. The new version is greatly expanded and this is considered a major release of the software so training is suggested for the new features in this version. New Features
Below is a list of software features that have been added since the last version of the software and that Customers have requested:
- Standardization of Customer Terms: Terms such as “Net 30” are now standardized across all Customers in the system and amount “Past Due” is calculated based on these settings.

- Integration with BigCommerce Shopping Cart: Full integration between the BigCommerce shopping cart is now available. This automation uploads items and prices into BigCommerce and downloads orders directly into Proceed Software.

Reports now reflect those fields too. Functionality is now in place for managing USDA Non-GMO and Organic Approved Plans.

This feature is available in both Proceed ERP and the Proceed Mobile App, making it easy to manage accurate Customer information.

This has been expanded in various sections of the software and also works consistently in the financial parts of the software.

Each Contract Grower’s field can be managed from year to year. This includes varieties grown, yield expectations, quantities and primary lot numbers. A “Yearly Contract Growers Report” can now be published which provides varieties to be grown and expected yield quantities.

Enhancements to Existing Features:
1. Fixed Early Pay Reports.
2. Fixed Physical Count feature.
3. Fixed data orphaning issue on creating a WO Receipt through the right click function.
4. Added Seed Sizes, Non GMO and Organic fields.
5. Added Financial Support for Primary and Secondary/Sub-Accounts.
6. Added “Lot" tab to the Edit Item screen.
7. Added "Sub-Accounts" and "Assets" tab to Edit Customer screen.
8. Added "Ship To" hyperlinks to the results screen for Quotes, Orders, Shipments, and Purchase Orders.
